1. About SimpliLEAD

SimpliLEAD is a HI-EI-AI ontology, research and product development company. We operate ten consulting portfolios and certification training programs across the UAE and GCC, and our flagship HI-EI-AI Products — HiMirrorly and HiCoachly — apply that same research to individual and executive use cases.

2. Use of the Website

• You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the Website's operation, or scraping content at scale without our prior written consent.
• The Website and its content are intended to inform prospective clients about SimpliLEAD's portfolios, research and products; it does not constitute a binding offer, and any engagement is subject to a separate signed agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the SimpliLEAD name and mark, and the LEAD Methodology — is owned by or licensed to SimpliLEAD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes our proprietary research constructs:

• CIS — a proposed field of study, ideated by SimpliLEAD, treating communication as a set of attributed, method-tagged signals a buyer can audit, benchmark and defend to a board.
• HCI — the proposed framework layer that our HI-EI-AI Products, such as HiMirrorly, are scored against, with empirical validation in progress.

4. HI-EI-AI Products (HiMirrorly and HiCoachly)

HiMirrorly (himirrorly.com) and HiCoachly (hicoachly.com) are SimpliLEAD's flagship HI-EI-AI Products, operated as separate applications with their own terms of service and privacy policies. Your use of those products is governed by the terms published on their respective sites, not by these Terms.

5. No Professional Advice; No Guarantee of Results

Content on the Website — including descriptions of our consulting portfolios, methodology, research (including CIS and HCI, which remain subject to ongoing empirical validation), and outcomes referenced from past engagements — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or other advice. Past results referenced on the Website are illustrative and do not guarantee similar outcomes for any particular engagement.

6. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including our own HI-EI-AI Products sites and industry framework bodies (e.g. SAFe®, PMI®, PRINCE2®, ITIL®, TOGAF®). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective Date" above indicates when these Terms were last revised.
