With over 25 years of industry experience — including more than 12 years dedicated to Agile coaching, enterprise consulting and capability transformation — Naveen helps organizations build scalable, adaptive and high-performing delivery ecosystems aligned to strategic business outcomes.

As a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC 6.0), Enterprise Agile Coach, Program & Portfolio Management Consultant and Leadership Mentor, he has enabled large-scale transformation initiatives across global enterprises by combining Lean-Agile principles, strategic execution models, PMO modernization and people-centric change leadership.

He currently serves as CEO of SimpliLEAD Consulting, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on building future-ready enterprises through Agile transformation, leadership capability development, enterprise consulting, AI-enabled learning ecosystems and scalable workforce transformation programs. Over the years he has trained, coached and mentored 10,000+ professionals — including executives, PMO leaders, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Program Managers, Delivery Leaders and Architects — across global organizations.

Over the last 18+ years, Satyavrat's work has moved from organizational transformation and Agile coaching toward the frontier of AI-augmented execution intelligence — building tools that hold leaders and teams accountable to the same rigor a board expects from a financial statement.

A coach and trainer focused on SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP and scaled agile transformation, Satyavrat is a Certified SAFe® 6 Program Consultant (SPC) and SAFe® Premier Trainer (SPT) — ranked among the top 30 SAFe trainers and consultants in the world — with additional SAFe® certifications spanning Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Agile Product Management (APM), SAFe® for Architects (ARCH), Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) and Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) — alongside Release Train Engineer (RTE), Certified ScrumMaster®, Certified Scrum Product Owner®, Certified Agile Leadership I® and Professional Scrum Master credentials — earned across a career spent turning transformation strategy into measurable delivery outcomes for enterprise clients. CIS is the category we are building: a proposed field of study, ideated by Satyavrat Nirala, that treats communication as a set of attributed, method-tagged signals a buyer can audit, benchmark and defend to a board. HCI is the proposed framework layer Attune scores against, also ideated by Satyavrat Nirala, with empirical validation in progress. Attune is the first product shipped on that layer.
